Admission Requirements
- Candidates must have five O’level credit passes in Mathematics, English Language, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology at not more than two sittings.
- Acceptable examination boards include the West African Examination Council (WAEC), the National Examination Council (NECO), or the National Business and Technical Examinations Board (NABTEB).
- Students with foreign examination results must provide an evaluation report or equivalent grading from the Federal Ministry of Education.
- Verification of such results from the issuing organisation must be requested by the applicant.
- The minimum age for admission into the Basic Midwifery Programme is 17 years.
How to Apply

- Fill the form with your details and ensure a valid email address is used.
- Click on “Make Application Payment” to pay the non-refundable application fee.
- Upon successful payment, a reference number will be sent to your email.
- Use the reference number to log in at this link.
- Complete the online application form and upload your passport photograph.
- Submit the form by clicking “Submit”.
- Print the registration slip to present on the day of the entrance examination.
