Matriculation Ceremony Schedule
- Date: Thursday, 6 February 2025
- Time: 8:00 a.m.
- Venue: The Great Hall
All matriculating students must assemble in front of The Great Hall by 8:00 a.m. Faculty Officers will lead students into the hall at 8:30 a.m.. Students who arrive late will not be allowed into the venue.
Academic Gown Collection
- Collection Date: Wednesday, 5 February 2025
- Location: Respective Faculty Offices
New students must collect academic gowns from their Faculty Offices on the scheduled date. Late collection may cause delays on the day of the ceremony.
Dress Code and Conduct
- Proper dressing is required.
- Students not dressed properly will be denied entry.
- Faculty Officers will enforce the dress code.
Important Guidelines
- Arrive early to avoid missing the ceremony.
- Collect academic gowns before the event.
- Follow all Faculty Officer instructions.
- Maintain order during the ceremony.
