JAMB Form Registration Instructions & Guidelines

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has released the 2025 UTME registration details.

Registration starts on January 31st, 2025, and ends on March 5th, 2025.

The JAMB Registrar, Prof. Ishaq Oloyede, shared this information during a meeting with media executives in Lagos.

Key Dates for 2025 JAMB Registration

Sales of registration PINs will close on March 5th, 2025.

Actual registration will end on March 8th, 2025.

Candidates interested in the mock UTME must register by February 23rd, 2025.

Direct Entry application documents will be available from March 10th to April 7th, 2025.

Mock UTME and Main UTME Dates

The mock UTME will take place on April 5th, 2025.

The main UTME will start on April 25th, 2025, and end on May 5th, 2025.

New Mock-Trial Test for Underage Candidates

JAMB will introduce a mock-trial test for candidates below 16 years of age.

The 16-year age limit will be enforced for UTME registration.

Gifted candidates below 15 years old can register but must score at least 280 marks in the UTME.

They must also excel in the Senior Secondary Certificate and Post-UTME exams.

Registration Costs and Categories

The cost of registration varies based on the category.

• Mock Only Trial Testing for underage candidates costs ₦3,500.
• Direct Entry Application costs ₦5,700.
• UTME Only (without Mock-UTME) costs ₦7,200.
• UTME with Mock-UTME costs ₦8,700.

Breakdown of Application Fees

• UTME/DE JAMB Application Fee: ₦3,500.
• Reading Text: ₦1,000.
• CBT Centre Registration Service Charge: ₦700.
• CBT Centre UTME Service Charge: ₦1,500.
• CBT Mock Service Charge: ₦1,500.
• Bank Charges: ₦500.
• CBT Mock-UTME Centre Charge: ₦1,500.
