Eligibility for Heritage Polytechnic Admission

To apply for National Diploma (ND) programmes, you need five O’ Level credit passes in relevant subjects.

For Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes, in addition to your O’ Level credits, you must have an ND certificate from an accredited institution.

How to Apply for Heritage Polytechnic Admission

Follow this simple step-by-step guide to apply:

Step 1: e-Payment Procedure

• Visit the Heritage Polytechnic Admission Portal.
• Select “UTME Screening Form”.
• Enter your email address, JAMB registration number, and phone number.
• Choose your payment option and proceed.
• The form fee is N2,000.

Step 2: Registration Process

• Enter your Transaction Reference ID.
• Click on “Get login details”.
• You will receive your Registration Number and Password.

Step 3: Retrieve Transaction Reference ID

• Use your Form Registration Number.
• Click on “Retrieve Transaction Ref ID”.
• Your Transaction Reference ID will be displayed.

Step 4: Print Payment Receipt/Invoice

• Enter your TransReferenceID or Confirmation Number.
• Click on “Check payment status”.
• Your Confirmation Number is available on the payment receipt from the bank. Your Transaction Reference is on the Payment Invoice from the portal.
