ASUU-UDUSOK Indigent Students Scholarship Award

The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) at Usmanu Danfodiyo University Sokoto (UDUS) is offering its annual indigent scholarship award.

This opportunity is for students facing financial challenges who meet specific academic requirements.

Criteria for the Award

Applicants must:

• Be indigent and in need of financial support.
• Be registered students of Usmanu Danfodiyo University Sokoto.
• Have a CGPA of 3.0 or above.

Mode of Application

To apply, you must submit a letter (not exceeding two pages) that includes the following details:

• Full name.
• Course of study.
• State of origin.
• Explanation of why you qualify as indigent.

Requirements

Include the following documents with your application:

1. A photocopy of your current university identity card.
2. A letter from your Head of Department with your CGPA for the last academic session.
3. A copy of your registration form for the current semester.
4. Two recent passport photographs.

Submit your application to the ASUU-UDUS Secretariat at the Main Campus, Usmanu Danfodiyo University Sokoto, by Thursday, 17th January 2025.
