- Wednesday, 1 January 2025: New Year Day
- Friday, 3 January 2025: End of Christmas Break
- Monday, 6 January 2025: Arrival of All Students
- Tuesday, 7 January 2025: Registration Begins for All Students
- Tuesday, 14 January 2025: Postgraduate School Board Meeting
- Tuesday, 14 January 2025: Lectures Begin for All Students
- Tuesday, 21 January 2025: Management Meeting
- Wednesday, 22 January 2025: Committee of Deans Meeting
- Thursday, 23 January 2025: Senate Business Committee Meeting

Lectures will run for a total of 15 weeks during the semester.
Registration and Orientation
- Friday, 21 March 2025: End of Registration for All Students
- Monday, 24 March 2025: Late Registration Begins for All Students
- Thursday, 27 March 2025: Orientation for New Students Starts
- Saturday, 29 March 2025: Orientation Ends
- Sunday, 30 March 2025: Interdenominational Service
Late registration closes on Friday, 11 April 2025.
Examination Dates
- Monday, 5 May 2025: First Semester Examinations Begin
- Friday, 30 May 2025: End of Examinations
- Saturday, 31 May 2025: Students Depart
Examinations include:
- Computer-Based Tests (CBT) and other exams conducted in the mornings.
- All sessional exams for final-year students conducted in the afternoons.
Notes
- Faculty and Departmental Board Meetings occur between the 2nd and 3rd weeks of every month.
